Waiting times were too long. Communication between departments could be clearer.
A and E.
Julie from infusion was very helpful with all treatment needed and supported me throughout.
Nurses very caring throughout.

It was worst experience of stay while I was in Ocean N. I am thankful to Mandy (Staff nurse) she was very kind and took problems in a board. Staff didn't have time to listen to patients. When asked for assistance, the answer was straight away 'we are short of staffs and we have not got time!'
Good staffing pattern should be there and staff's attitude should.
